A recording experience tailored to your music, goals and budget.Live recording opportunities are available as an optional extension of the programme. The cost of hiring musicians, an orchestra, a recording studio and any additional production services is not included in the private lesson fee. Each session is quoted separately according to the student’s chosen repertoire, ensemble size, recording requirements and available budget.You remain in control of what you want to record and how ambitious the session should be—from a soloist or small instrumental section to a larger orchestral ensemble. My role is to help you make informed decisions and guide you through every stage of the process.

ATTEND YOUR SESSION REMOTELY:

 

Sessions can be conducted remotely, allowing you to attend and participate from anywhere in the world. Through real-time audio streaming platforms such as Audiomovers, combined with live video communication, you can listen to the orchestra, follow the recording process and provide feedback as the session takes place.Depending on the orchestra and recording package selected, professional video coverage of the session may also be available at an additional cost.

 

AFTER THE RECORDING:

 

A composer’s work does not necessarily end when the final take is recorded. Once the session files have been delivered, the production may continue through several additional stages:Reviewing and organising the recorded materialEditing and selecting takesIntegrating the live recordings with the original MIDI mock-upBalancing and mixing the complete productionSynchronising the recording-session footage with the final musicEditing a professional video for portfolio and promotional useThe exact level of post-production support is defined according to the student’s needs, goals and chosen recording package.

There is no compulsory orchestra size or predetermined recording format. You decide what you want to record and how far you want to take the production.Throughout the entire process, I remain available as your mentor and supervisor—from the first budgeting decisions and score preparation to the recording session and final presentation of the finished work.Every recording project is individually planned and quoted.
